I needed to apply to extend my parent of a British child visa as my expiry date was soon approaching. My case was particularly complex as I had spent a significant amount of time away from the UK. Jayesh & Sherika assisted me in collating the relevant documentation that would be required to submit along with my application. They were both thorough and easily approachable, always willing to help or to answer any of the many questions I had. They were both wonderful in simple terms. I would highly recommend them to anyone and would definitely work with them again for any applications in the future. On February 26th, 2023, I consulted Solicitor Lin regarding my Global Talent Visa and qualification status. She was incredibly patient and professional, providing me with a wealth of advice. Originally, I intended to apply for the arts and culture direction, but after reviewing my materials, Lin suggested that I should consider applying for the fashion direction instead.
On March 7th, I formally entrusted her to prepare the Stage 1 documents for my Global Talent Visa application. Throughout the process, leading up to the submission on May 30th, she handled my materials with friendliness and efficiency, promptly responding to all my inquiries. Ultimately, I received the endorsement on July 19th.
