I am so lucky to have found Eleanor Porter, and for her to accept me as a client. I found Eleanor to be honest, straightforward, sincere, hardworking and knowledgeable ( thinking outside the box ). She is a very calm person, but has a steely determination. I will never forget her saying to me that we might be up against a big law firm, ( and we were ), but I had a lion on my side, and I certainly heard her roar. My case was very complex, and this is where Eleanor’s knowledge and expertise paid off. Eleanor took a lot of the stress away from me, she even made herself available when she was on holiday, something I would imagine to be very rare for a lawyer. Eleanor genuinely cares about her clients, she was transparent about her fees and what I could expect an outcome could be. I followed and trusted her judgment and advice, and this proved to be the right decision for me. Eleanor also had a very good and productive relationship with my barrister, ( who I was also fortunate enough to find ), both of them bouncing ideas off each other. Eleanor was so approachable, she explained everything in layman’s terms. Sometimes I have found it quite intimidating speaking to lawyers, this was not the case at all with Eleanor. I put myself, my case, and my outcome totally in Eleanor’s hands. She went over and above to support and represent me. I am very happy with the outcome and this was due to Eleanor and her many skills. Going to court can be a very emotional experience, and I have to say Elenor was patient and understanding at all times, listening to what I needed as an outcome, and also closure. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her , and I would like to say, you would be very lucky for her to accept you as a client. She is a very genuine, caring and thoroughly decent human being. In my experience something of a rarity in this profession. I will be forever grateful for what Eleanor has done for me, and I would like to wish her well with her future.
