Dominic Coleman is a brilliant conveyancer. He managed with consummate skill and speed two informally linked transactions to ensure parallel completion in the face of an astonishing array of issues. He is not cheap, but if you want a perfect conveyancer, he is very much worth it.
Don't answer your phone calls, only reply to email when they like so it causes unnecessary delay on everything.
