We received a brilliant service for a complicated house purchase. Rachel and Jo were excellent communicators and provided clear information.
Thank you Jason for your kind feedback. We are delighted to hear that you received such positive service during your house purchase. We wish you every happiness in your new home and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
If I could give an infinite number of stars I would. Streathers Solicitors were absolutely amazing to deal with for my parents' lease extension - especially Jo and Iris-Ann. I cannot thank them enough and would happily instruct them again. THANK YOU! x

Iris-Ann Stapleton and Jo Galpin at Streathers Solicitors were very helpful and efficient and communicative in processing my lease extension.

We engaged Streathers Solicitors to resolve a short lease. This was somewhat complex since the freeholder was untraceable, and the freehold was purchased via the courts. Rebecca Rinn advised on the correct procedures in this scenario, and she and her team handled the matter with competence and efficiency. Highly recommended.
I have used Streathers Solicitors, Baker Street Office, for 2 property transactions and lease extension, and I was very pleased with their service. Iris-Ann and Jo were incredibly professional, efficient, kind and clear in whatever I needed, always answering my enquiries and emails in a timely manner. I will continue to use their services for sure and I highly recommend them.
