Have been using Attwells to sell my property and Lily Bartlett was a dream. My buyer caused a fair amount of unnecessary hold ups and Lily was extremely responsive and attentive.
The majority of my experiences buying or selling property has involved me constantly hounding solicitors for an update; however this was the first time I didn't have to do that at all.

As it was an administrators sale this was not a standard transaction and it had a fair amount of additional complications. Throughout the process, which took almost a year, Rrejdha was extremely professional, proactive and effective, always quick to respond and providing high-quality clear advice. Even though the project was difficult for us on a number of fronts, we felt confident that the legals were well taken care of. I had the pleasure of having Phillip Hewett acting on my behalf on a property transfer.
It was my first experience in dealing with Attwells, and Phillip certainly made it a pleasant one.
Phillip was friendly, and very professional at all times. He was always prompt to answer all my queries, and quick to return my phone calls and e-mails.
There was a very tight deadline to complete the transfer, and he insured that everything was done in time.
On top of this, Phillip was kind enough to offer his professional advice on a separate matter, for which I am very grateful.
