Dear client - thank you for leaving feedback. Your opinion is important, as its how you feel about your own experience. In terms of your ratings, its really positive that you rated us 5/5 for 'initial impresions', 'communication' and in the 'documentation accuracy' categories. You rated us 4/5 for legal knowledge and 3/5 for approachability and value for money. I note you paid the exact amount that was charged for our legal services. The 1 star rating is therefore dissapointing and does not appear to reflect the above ratings. As a Children Panel solicitor for over 20 years, the advice I give always has to be be child-focused, realistic and deliverable. Sometimes that involves being clear and honest with people about what can and can't be achieved. I always 'go the extra mile', but in this case I am am genuinely sorry that things did not go as hoped for you. Moving on, I'd welcome the opportunity to understand why things did not go as hoped for you, as negative feeback provides the most valuable opportunities for change and mutual understanding.
