Awful experience, do not recommend
Multiple mistakes made on my case from start to finish - confidentiality was broken, I was passed through 3 different solicitors, no communication, I paid 1 year of management fees but they never transferred the fees to my management company and then tried to cover this up. And now, after submitting my complaint and thinking the whole debacle was over, my mortgage company has just informed me that the land registry was never completed. Avoid this solicitor at all costs.

Just fabulous!!
I had one of the most stressful house purchases you can imagine (they said so too) and these guys were just absolutely fantastic. Super responsive, knowledgeable, professional and the right advise and direction where this was needed. This is the fourth property I bought in my life and these guys are by far the best I have ever had the pleasure to work with and will definitely do so again in the future.

Seamless Transaction
Lucy at Solstice Legal dealt with the probate sale of my late parents' bungalow. There was a chain of 4 properties, and 4 beneficiaries (my 3 siblings and me). This came at possibly the busiest time in the history of the housing market, during the Stamp Duty holiday, so it was even more impressive that Lucy dealt with the transaction so efficiently, despite the many enquiries raised by our buyer's solicitor about the bungalow. Thoroughly recommended, and certainly will be using Solstice Legal for any future matters.

Friendly and professional service
We have used Lucy a couple of times now in reference to some very complicated land issues. This was a very stressful time for my wife and I but Lucy was always at the end of a phone call or email to keep us updated or just put our minds at rest. Lucy spoke to us as a friend and explained everything clearly. She even arranged a meeting with the other parties involved which we feel played a huge part in our outcome which was everything we wanted. Makes time for you, now matter how small your needs!
My partner and I recently appointed Lucy at Solstice Legal Services for verifying ID and witnessing the completion of paperwork as part of a mortgage application.
Understanding we would have to book an appointment, we were on the belief that the above would not take a lot of time; yet after contacting four other soliciting firms, we were made to feel that our requirements were of no importance to them.
Just one phone call to Lucy and we were booked in for an appointment and the verification and witnessing was completed with ease - Lucy was the only solicitor we spoke to that actually understood how important this was for us, and made time to accommodate our needs.
We will have no hesitation in using Lucy again for any future legal requirements, and we will also gladly recommend her to our friends and families.
