Use of EDA
Fairly recent visit to Waterlooville branch we felt quite satisfied with the info received but at Citizens Advice Bureau we found we had received false information regarding EDA. We were told it was invalid and we should have LPA in two parts.Actually my EDA was valid so I only had to apply for one part, health, of LP A . Which I have done.

After a shaky start where the service was kit great from the 2 previous allocated solicitors, Ella took over abs things changed for the better.
Ella provided a very good service, always quick replies and straightforward answers. I would certainly recommend Ella, although not the service previously to her.

Strong Estate management Expertise and Service
Biscoes managed the probate for my late mother with expertise and empathy. They gave sensible advice, did not try in any way to incur additional fees and kept me informed of progress as required. all in all a very satisfactory experience given the natural stresses that accompany an executorship
