I would like to say a massive thank you to Iftakhar. Who was the conveyancing solicitor for the sale of my Mum’s house. He went above and beyond, always at the end of the phone or email, calm and efficient. This wasn’t your regular sale, we found out the property wasn’t registered with Land Registry, we had a local company dealing with this for us but a couple of months down the line things were not progressing, so Iftakhar kindly stepped in and sorted everything within a couple of weeks. He was so helpful, explained everything so we understood. I would 100% recommend him. We will definitely be using him again in the future with the sale of our own home. Thank you Iftakhar Gill Lumley
