I found the support and assistance throughout the sale process, fast and easy to understand. Incredible solicitors
Claudia and Melanie were both amazing throughout the process of selling our first home and buying our second. After having an awful experience with solicitors a couple of years ago with purchasing, they both made the process so stress free. We were constantly kept updated throughout the whole process, everything was done so speedily and efficiently. They both are so understanding also and were more than happy to answer all of my questions throughout. They are both incredible and I would recommend them to everyone!

Exceptional service
We just wanted to highlight how exceptional our experience was with the team at Thackray Williams in Bromley. We wanted to specifically give thanks to Claudia, Melanie and Lee-Ann for a prompt and efficient service throughout!
Claudia and Melanie were always on hand to answer any of our queries, keep on top of the conveyancing process, and ensure all deadlines were met - despite delays from other parties. They were extremely professional, polite and patient with us, and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if we were to move property (and will also be recommending their services to friends and family).
Lee-Ann helped us organise our wills, and arranged an in depth face to face meeting with us, as this was something we felt was important. We didn’t ever feel rushed, she offered some great advice & answered any questions or concerns we had with professionalism.
Overall, it has been a pleasure from start to finish, and we would highly recommend Thackray Williams.

Excellent conveyancing service
I was very impressed with Claudia and Melanie throughout my flat purchase. They were professional, courteous and informative, and always happy to answer questions and offer support. Timely and Excellent advice on the Conveyancing issue
We had a very complex issue that needed legal advice as it involved a common land between 2 properties. This included our neighbors and even the local council. The case was handled by the solicitors at Thackray Williams who helped us with their expert advice at every step of the process and helped to resolve the issues. First Class
I recently sold a late relatives home and was looked after by Claudia & Melanie. They were really helpful, supportive and professional whilst also being sympathetic to the circumstances. Whenever I needed their help they were always quick to respond. Highly recommended.
