Employment and HR Legal Issues
Emma Loveday-Hill has been loooking after our day to day HR and Employment Issues . During lockdown , Emma helped enormously as we re-structured the Company via a series of redundancies . Her advice was clear and concise ; guiding us through difficult HR meetings with various Employees on Microsoft teams etc . Emma also helped us enforce some Contractual restrictive covenants on an Ex Employee who joined a competitor in 2021 .
