Lorna Was Brilliant

Lorna was brilliant. It was an uphill task for her due to the incompetence of the O.P.G.

An Excellent Service

The administration of the estate concerned would have proved most complex but for the hard work of Prettys acting for the executors. The whole matter was handled efficiently and prudently. I am most appreciative.

Where there's a Will there's a way

Nobody likes to think of death, unless you're an undertaker! So making a will for me was an anxious necessity, something I'd put off for far too long. However, on my first meeting with Lorna Thresh my fears, nervousness and anxiety disappeared. Straight away, Lorna put me at my ease in a very caring, considerate and professional manner.

I'd previously seen Lorna's photo on Messrs Prettys website which presented staff and their roles. My prediction was spot on! A most friendly and welcoming lady who is both compassionate and empathetic. It was a real pleasure meeting her and to have her deal with my will.

They say that "Where there's a will there's a way". Well, the only way for me was Prettys - and I'm testament to that!

What a fabulous conveyancing team. We wanted to move house before Christmas, so like most people we were in a hurry to get the conveyancing done. We used Penny and her team about 10 years ago, she sorted out a "land locked" problem a previous Ipswich firm had not picked up on - I chose Prettys because I knew they covered every little detail and were a safe pair of hands. This time they picked up and sorted a land registry problem and despite the additional work and complications they got everything through in 8 weeks and hit the deadline. Thanks Prettys.
