Commercial Purchase
We have been very impressed with Pretty’s as a whole and the speed in which queries were dealt with, doing everything they could do push our sale through as quickly as possible.
Rebecca was very proactive in our case and clear in explaining the different legal obstacles we faced with this property purchase.
Not only were we kept up to date throughout the purchase, she worked incredibly hard and went above and beyond to push us towards completion.
Our lenders solicitors were incredibly frustrating and kept throwing up various obstacles, which Rebecca navigated through successfully, offering solutions and pushing back at the appropriate times.
Rebecca took ownership of the transaction and made every effort to push the purchase along, despite resistance she faced. We had titles and leases that were required to be removed from Land Registry, which Pretty’s continued to chase up, to ensure this was dealt with urgently, so we completed before our valuation expired.

Great Customer Service and Attention to Detail
In 2021 we sold 19 new build properties worth some £6m with the assistance of Prettys. Rebecca has been an outstanding source of wisdom throughout the project with great advice, proactively correcting some errors from our previous engagements and a very creative approach to handling some pretty decent sized (and potentially costly) issues ranging from boundary concerns, agreements with the Highways through to disputes with residents. We at Tendering Developments Ltd and all our Group Companies value our relationship with Prettys and want to say a massive thanks to Rebecca, Graeme, Zoe, Aimee, Paul, Ellie and all others involved in contributing to our success these last few years.
This great customer service and attention to detail has been instrumental in our instruction of Prettys in our new £14m GDV project which has just got underway.

Excellent speedy service
Rebecca handled a property sale for us and we can not thank her enough. We were on a very tight time table and Rebecca managed to turn the whole process over in just two and a half weeks, whilst still managing to provide excellent, thorough advice. Would highly recommend.
