My personal injury claim was dealt with by Louise Plant. I made contact with Prettys following a letter I received from the initial firm of solicitors I had chosen to represent me . After 12 months of chasing and frustration I was informed that they were not prepared to go forward with my case as they believed there was insufficient evidence to back my case in the event it went to court. That was something I was not prepared to accept and within 15 minutes of speaking to Louise & providing her with the information I was told there was a good chance of success. From that initial face to face conversation to the last email the service provided was first class. I was kept informed every step of the way and I felt confident that justice would be done. If you want professionalism, dedication and commitment to the cause I simply cannot recommend Prettys , and in particular, Louise Plant highly enough. In these challenging times the monetary compensation I received was welcome but had become pretty much irrelevant to me. My case was a simple one of right and wrong. Without the highly competent solicitor I ended up with I would have been left with a massive sense of injustice. Louise not only did her job, most importantly to me…. she totally understood what it meant to me. That in my mind is going above & beyond. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with a person who I’m quite sure has received many compliments in the past.
