An efficient and professional service.
Lorraine Hunt carried out conveyancing for us for a prolonged and complicated sale & purchase.
She offered good advice and was prompt with replies to questions, and available for phone calls to discuss progress when needed.

Excellent service throughout

Sale of property
We were kept up to date on a regular basis. Any questions asked were promptly answered. Exchange day they chase the buyer to make sure it happened on that day. And the day of complete / move day went very smoothly. I would recommend the Lorraine and her team.

Our last move - the Purchase
This purchase has taken quite a long time and we were homeless for 8 weeks - our choice and were advised by Lorraine that it was risky. However in the end, regardless of the delays emanating from further up the chain, we were very pleased with the service and communication that we received from Ringrose Law and in particular Lorraine Hunt's department.
