Brilliant service. We had a problem with a house sale and purchase. There was an issue with the local authority and the original developer which was holding up the sale. We contacted Emma and within a couple of days she had resolved the issue by contacting the parties involved. Nothing was too much trouble, she was efficient, easy to speak to and delivered what she said she would. If all solicitors were as good as this moving home would be a lot less stressful.
