My wife and I have been clients of W Davies Solicitors since 2007. We needed to update our existing mirror Wills. We accepted Mr Pady’s advice to record gifts by way of a Deed of Gift. When I had difficulty with some of the written legalise, he was prepared to put time aside to explain. Maybe a plain English alternative to legal prose is not always possible. We liked the reasonable fee and continue to be well satisfied with W Davies Solicitors.

When I was remaking my will, I received prompt and helpful service from Matthew Pady, who was warm and personable as well as professional. He understood my wishes and intentions and gave good advice to minimise my inheritance tax liabilities. He took time to explain everything to me clearly and I didn’t feel rushed. I was very satisfied with the outcome.
