    Me and husband are first time buyers and had no idea what we needed to do. Natalie was amazing from start to finish. Nothing was to small for her even pur silly questions. Always happy to help and gave great advise. Never had to wait for an answer and helped everything run smooth and quickly. A little shout out for Lauren who helped us when Natalie was away for a few days. We were worried things would go quite why Natalie was away but no it didnt and ran as it always had. Thank you Natalie and team for your help getting us to where we are. 100% recommend to anyone buying a house
