We have used Bannister Preston as our conveyancer on two properties we have purchased over the last few years. Natalie was our contact for our recent sale & purchase, and was excellent from start to finish. Super efficient and responded to us very quickly, which was much appreciated during a stressful few months. I would very much recommend.

Recent property purchase
I switched solicitors midway through the purchase and could not fault Natalie with how quickly and efficiently she dealt with everything. I would definitely recommend.

Seamless experience
After hearing horror stories about our friend's conveyancing experiences elsewhere, our experience was far from this. Bannister Preston provided us first class service throughout our house purchase, which was especially valuable as first-time buyers. Nothing was too much trouble, and none of our questions went un-answered. Communication was always timely, with particular note to our Conveyancer Natalie Charles for being so proactive, helpful and friendly. We would not hesitate to use again in future - huge thanks!

House Conveyancing
Natalie handled the conveyancing for my first house purchase, and it was swimmingly easy. She was very fast to respond to all my queries, and really helpful along the whole journey, and ensured we complete on time.
Excellent solicitor, and I would very happily contract them again for any future work :)

New house purchase

Amazing conveyancer

Natalie Charles Conveyancer
Natalie was transferred our case mid way through and was absolutely fantastic from the start. Natalie would respond back to enquires straight away and get back to us straight away when there was new information/documents to complete etc. We will certainly be looking to use Bannister Preston and Natalie as our conveyancer in the future. Conveyancing
Natalie Charles dealt professionally and expediently with a my house sale and a purchase of another property.
She was always available by either phone or e mail to answer any queries and help both sales progress efficiently, in what proved to be a difficult housing market between late 2023 and early 2024.
I have heard of serious delays being caused by other conveyancing Solicitors but I could honestly recommend Natalie will get the job done with the least stress and delay.

Great service.
My husband and I have had what’s been a challenging journey to say the least on the purchase of our new property. We had Natalie Charles as our conveyancer. She has been incredible. Her help and support have been second to none throughout. Extremely grateful for her knowledge and experience. On top of all that, she’s been very compassionate when we’ve hit some bumps in the road too. Highly recommend Natalie!
