Sale of Property
We have moved overseas which added complications to the process of selling our property. After 3 months of complications, Sophie Cassey took over our case. Her professionalism at all times is to be commended. Her communication skills are awesome and she always responded in an efficient and timely manner. The review would have been a lot lower had Sophie not taken control of our case.

House Purchase
From start to finish the process was smooth. Everything was explained and we were given constant updates on our house purchase.

Taking the stress out of selling a property
Selling a property has the potential to be one of the more stressful things in life. We needed an uncomplicated and efficient delivery of the conveyancing associated with our property sale. There were a couple of unusual aspects which were dealt with. Communications with 3rd parties were all sorted. The updates we were provided kept us up to date. Overall, the stress levels were managed!

Excellent service
We moved house this year and it was not without complications, Sophie went over and above our expectations even when at times we thought the chain would fall apart. I cannot recommend enough, other people in the chain were very impressed with Banner Jones and Sophie for their swift actions and thoroughness!

Mortgage knowledge
I am buying a modern auction flat and thus need to finish before a set date. However, they make a worng information to the bank to delay approval for the mortgage. Luckily, I applied for 2 bank and one bank corrected the mistake. Hope Banner earn the experience. I was a bit suffered as I need to wait for the last day to complete. Apart from that, they are reliable and respond very fast. When I have any issues, they can give you response. I recommend people to use them and I will continue to use them when needed.

BannerJones, in particular Sophie Cassey, provided conveyancing for the sale of my house - a difficult sale that took almost two years. Throughout, Sophie was a single point of contact, and was professional, supportive, friendly and approachable throughout - a pleasure to deal with. In particular, backed up by her team, she provided very useful information when we were considering selling via auction. And she was efficient in completing the sale. The BannerJones fees are very competitive, and I would certainly recommend this company.
