Patient and approachable
Ada has been absolutely amazing. Was with me through my first attempt at a house purchase (seller never seemed able to find a new house), and I didn't hesitate to work with her again when a new property came up. Ada is patient and happy to speak in clear and approachable language to help you get an understanding of all the different terms and bits required to help build your confidence, which is so appreciated!

Enjoyable inital exposure to Lyons Bowe via the New Introduction Team

House purchase
So far so good! Have had a very pleasant experience working with Ada from Lyons Bowe so far, our house purchase is progressing and up to now all communications have been good, the app and email updates are ideal to keep clients 'in the loop' too. I have high hopes for the next part of this process, if the new instruction team are anything to go by. Thank you :)

I was allocated the above N I LA for my current ongoing flat purchase and I have nothing but praise for how professional she has been since the start. Her communication skills are unapparelled , replying to e mails instantly so allaying any worries I had. She quickly became aware that I was not the most tech savvy person but we managed to circumvent any problems which I will be eternally gratefully for! I have made ALL the boxes below green, not as a cop out but I genuinely feel she merits them and is a huge credit to your firm, I hope she has a great legal career.

Lyons Bowe were excellent looking after the sale of my property
Throughout the process, the team at Lyons Bowe kept us informed. We could also stay updated using the app which was more convenient than dealing with endless paper forms. The team were always available via phone or email with quick response times. I would highly recommend!
