Property Sale
All went well. As it was an auction sale it was pretty straight forward apart from the change of name. This problem was sorted by Kelly Cirillo quickly and efficiently. I will use Preuveneers again for new Wills for the family and a Power of Attorney for myself.

Sale of mu mum's property as power of attorney

Estate of the late Joyce FAY
It was a great relief to be able to pass the conduct of the Estate of the late Joyce Fay to Preuveneers Solicitors and in particular to Kelly Cirillo. I have been entirely satisfied with the way this has been handled. 20 years ago I did handle an Aunt's Estate which included a Trust Fund and therefore a taxable event (to the satisfaction of the Inland Revenue) but could not have done the same with the Estate of Joyce Fay, 20 years on. I have been entirely satisfied with Preuveneerss.

Highly professional and outstanding service
Kelly at preuveneers was very helpful and completed the work with in the timeline. The communication was excellent, she co-ordinated very well for the freehold of a property which involved the three owners and the previous landlord. I would highly recommend the firm. Thank you.
