We were very satisfied with our dealings with Sampson Coward who we hired to settle our late parents estate. Our advisor dealt with all affairs in a timely, professional and efficient manner. Right from the get go her communication with us was excellent. Initially she graciously talked us through the process of Probate in order for us to reach a decision as to whether we wanted her to handle it for us or not. We had absolutely no doubt in our minds by the end of the conversation that she was the right person for us. We were not disappointed. We were kept informed at all stages of the process and our advisor was patient and kind in replying to our doubts and queries. Nothing was too much trouble. At an emotional time for ourselves we felt very fortunate to have found someone who has that all important human touch.
We felt that the fees for the services were very reasonable, everything was clearly itemised and all predicted costs were explained in detail during our initial meeting. There were no hidden extras or unwelcome surprises.

Friendly, professional service

Jessica Johnston Partner Samson Coward LLP- Writing of Wills
I was looking to get my wills updated and was personally recommended to use Jessica Johnston from Samson Coward LLP. I cannot rate her highly enough. From the very beginning of contacting her she was efficient and clear in her communication, process and costs and was prompt in sorting my will out for me. She was excellent at explaining everything and made me feel very comfortable in my discussions. The easy way to make a will
We found it very easy to deal with Jessica Johnston on the making of our wills, and a deed of variation for my father's will. Everything was clearly explained so we understood what we were signing, and all the implications were reviewed. Contacts were prompt and efficient so it was all dealt with smoothly.

Excellent and friendly service

Mirror Wills with Trust
We approached a few solicitors in our local area and Sampson Coward were the most welcoming and conveyed professionalism. Jessica who handled our wills offered to meet for a free 30 min or so consultation so we could assess our options and guage whether we could work together easily.
Jessica immediately put us at ease and is very experienced and knowledgeable on the matter of wills. She offered advice based on her considerable experience and this allowed us to weigh the pros and cons of various options we had considered beforehand and others that she ran through with us. At every stage of the process Jessica was understanding, patient and clear. Jessica offered us invaluable advice too that helped us arrive at an optimal solution for us, our inheritors; children, any future grandchildren, and relatives given the unlikely scenario the family should all die suddenly together.
