Excellent service on house purchase

I cannot recommend highly enough. Jane Pringle dealt with the purchase of my house and made everything so much easier. I was going through a very stressful time and it was made so much better with their support. Communication was brilliant calls and emails were answered promptly. They were recommended through my estate agent and I am so glad I used them. One of my best experiences with a solicitor firm. Thank you so much.

Jane Pringle took care of conveyancing for the purchase of a retirement flat for my Mum and sale of our family home. In both cases, fees were clearly set out in advance and the whole process was made very easy for us. Jane was super efficient, we always felt that she was on top of things, and her communication was amazing - usually replying to emails within a few hours! The same goes for her assistant, Kelly Robertson. I would recommend them to anyone.

The process of buying a home was made all the more cumbersome and stressful by using this company. The information I received regarding the purchase of the property, was only received through the estate agents and the vender’s solicitors. On 3 separate occasions I was told the report had been prepared and sent to me and it hadn’t been. I had to wait an extra 2 weeks solely because they had forgotten to order the funds. The whole process lacked organisation and was haphazard. The receptionist gave me more information and was more approachable than the solicitor representing the purchase with email replies received weeks later. In all sincerity, I am unable to recommend this company
