This was our first experience of using Sampson Coward & we are extremely grateful we did, they were a pleasure to deal with.
Maxine Iremonger acted on our behalf for our conveyancing. What a professional, diligent & friendly solicitor she is.
Maxine replied promptly to emails, answered all questions, was fast, efficient & precise in all the legal proceedings. Every I was dotted & every T crossed.

Maxine was on holiday at the Easter period & as our sale had not yet completed due to complications with the buyers solicitor, she efficiently handed over the reigns to Carol Bedford to continue in her absence. Carol was as diligent, professional & as friendly as Maxine & between the two of them they were able to bring our sale to a successful completion.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Maxine & Carol they are both superb & we will without a shadow of doubt be using them again.

Worth every penny

Recommended by a friend for legal representation regarding a settlement agreement. Mr Coward represented me and I have to say he was brilliant, he fought for every penny I received and he managed to get more than double what was originally offered. The communication from Mr Coward and his assistant Mrs Norrie was fantastic at no stage did I feel out of the loop. Should you need employment law advise look no further.

Exceptional service – truly went the extra mile! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We cannot recommend Jane Pringle at Sampson Coward highly enough! She went above and beyond during both the sale of our old property and the purchase of our new one. There were plenty of curveballs thrown her way, but she handled everything with complete ease, staying calm and composed throughout.

Nothing was ever too much trouble – no question felt silly, and she always took the time to explain things clearly. She truly made the whole process feel stress-free, and it’s clear she really knows her stuff.

A huge thank you as well to Kelly, her assistant, who was equally lovely and incredibly efficient in responding to emails. Together, they made what could have been a stressful experience so much smoother.

The process of buying a home was made all the more cumbersome and stressful by using this company. The information I received regarding the purchase of the property, was only received through the estate agents and the vender’s solicitors. On 3 separate occasions I was told the report had been prepared and sent to me and it hadn’t been. I had to wait an extra 2 weeks solely because they had forgotten to order the funds. The whole process lacked organisation and was haphazard. The receptionist gave me more information and was more approachable than the solicitor representing the purchase with email replies received weeks later. In all sincerity, I am unable to recommend this company
