Professional, Responsive Conveyancing
Sampson Coward and specifically my conveyancer, Jane, have been stellar throughout the challenging sale of my property offering plenty of support and flexibility and being highly responsive to myself, the estate agents and the Buyer's solicitors to ensure that my sale went off without a hitch! I can't recommend them and Jane enough and will certainly use them again if required!

House sale
This has to be the best experience I have ever had with a solicitor. Jane and Kelly were kind, proactive, informative and personable throughout the entire process. Both my partner and I felt fully informed and in control throughout the proceedings, which is thanks to the support and information given by Jane. Clear timescales helped us to know what to expect and made something, which could have been a stressful experience, painless. Thank you!

Complete satisfaction
We have just completed a house purchase managed by Jane Pringle. At all times we were able to feel entirely confident that all procedures were being carried out with the utmost professionalism. As well as the purchase we were taking over a tenancy which involved further negotiations but we were always kept fully informed and questions were readily and patiently answered.
On the, very rare, times that Jane was not available, her secretary, Kelly Robertson, was happily able to help us. She was clearly familiar with the process, so that we never felt at sea.
We are very grateful to Jane and her team, not least for their friendliness and warmth.
We would not hesitate to recommend Sampson Coward to anyone in need of legal services.

Excellent service
Having had a good experience with Sampson and Coward during a house purchase in 2018, I decided to go with them for the house sale in 2022. Unfortunately, I had two sales fall through initially. Regardless of this, I found Jane Pringle to be exemplary in updating me and my estate agent throughout the process. She was sympathetic, kind and efficient and gave me full confidence in the process and steps required. I found her to be very communicative and thorough which gave me a lot of reassurances during a stressful time. I would highly recommend her specifically and Sampson and Coward are lucky to have her on staff. Thank you Jane!

Excellent Service
