She subsequently also trained as a Mediator in 2011 and is accredited and able to undertake MIAMs as well as full Mediation sessions. Cath is a member of Resolution, an organisation for Family Lawyers committed to resolving disputes in a constructive way. She was also a member of Resolution’s Dispute Resolution Committee until 2015 and was recently on a Ministry of Justice Committee in connection with applications to be made under the Children Act.
