Sarah Talbot is a Partner in our Civil Litigation team and is based in our Wrexham office having joined us from DWF in Liverpool where Sarah was an Associate Solicitor. Sarah was raised in Flintshire and continues to live in the Flintshire area. Sarah studied Law at Liverpool John Moores University part time whilst raising her children. Sarah attained a 2:1 LLB degree before completing the Legal Practice Course and subsequently qualified as a Solicitor in 2013. Since then, Sarah has assisted businesses and consumers in a wide range of pre-action and litigated matters such as claims relating to general breach of contract, defective products and services, building disputes, property mis-selling, debt claims and professional negligence claims, for example. Sarah has represented large corporate clients, including FTSE 100 clients as well as many high-net-worth individuals. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with family and friends, in particular her husband and children. Sarah also enjoys travelling, taking city breaks, generally keeping fit and the occasional mountain climb! Sarah has previously participated in the Three Peaks 24 hour challenge where Sarah reached the summit of Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon in 24 hours to raise money for a charitable cause.
