End of commercial lease advice

Lease extension
Adrian dealt on our behalf with the Lease extension on our flat. The case was quite convoluted, but he provided us with professional and detailed explanation every step of the way. Clear and concise feedback
Adrian provided me with support to indentify next steps to help with a freeholder claim being made against me as the leaseholder for a large amount for general repairs being made to the flat building. Adrian was clear and concise with his recommendation and I was impressed with his knowledge and helpful personality.

Excellent and very thorough advice
Adrian provided very thorough and invaluable advice detailing the next steps to take to resolve the conflict.
