Registering Enduring Power of Attorney (EPA)
The solicitor (Ben) and paralegal (Tracey) at Harrowells were fantastic. My mother was suffering from dementia and I needed to register the EPA. It was distressing time but both Ben and Tracey were very reassuring and explained in clear simple terms the whole process of registering the EPA as well as the time it would likely take. They explained what paperwork would be sent to me and what needed to be done. They answered my questions clearly. They gave me an indication of the overall likely cost (which was also reassuring because I knew how much to budget). The outcome was that the EPA is now registered. The whole experience was smooth and went well everything went as I was told because of the professionalism of Ben and Tracey.
