Just wanted to leave a review to say a huge thank you to Jack and the rest of the M.A.J team. They have been consistent all the way through my case and have always been available for extra calls when I needed some reassurance. The case went on for some time and it was touch and go whether I was going to keep my license. I have 3 children and a high profile job and have never committed a road offence. I couldn’t risk losing my license otherwise I’d have lost everything. Thank you so much for your time, resilience and for just generally being so supportive. I would recommend this firm over anyone else if you are dealing with a motoring offence.

Excellent service, and highly recommended. They are very knowledgeable, and experienced in their field, and gave me hope of some justice. The case was thrown out eventually, due to lack of evidence. If I hadn't used them, I would not have known about the mistakes made, by the prosecution. Very good result.

Failure to provide/charge of a motor vehicle
The firm were absolutely fantastic and Jack was q pleasure to work with. He was knowledge and guided me through every step. The case was discontinued due to the excellent work/service.

So Happy I Chose MAJ
From the initial call the day after “the accident” they were never judgmental and offered reassurance but no promises and gave you time to talk over your case, no rushing to get you off the phone or signed up. After talking to them for a long time (free of charge) I decided to instruct them on my case and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made. Their advice was key and resulted in a call from the police 7 months after the “accident” saying no charge would be made. 7 long months of fear gone in an instant. Without MAJ I would be banned from driving, jobless and probably have no family. I can’t thank Jack and Osian enough for putting up with my constant phone calls and reassuring me at every step, helping me keep level headed in a time of complete uncertainty. Thank you MAJ Law.

Lifesavers
In December last year I did something really and ended up at the hospital with the police to give a blood sample. No interview was conducted, but the indications pointed to a lengthy driving disqualification, which would have cost me my job, my name and my whole life in the UK (as had I lost my job, I would have had no other option but to leave the country) and was even suicidal due to an already existing depression and anxiety that got worse.
I started looking at legal companies for a representation and did a very detailed research, but it was MAJ Law that caught my attention immediately with their professional approach, case studies and expertise. I instructed them right away. Now, 7 months after the incident, I'm being told no further action will be taken as the case is practically dropped as time barred. Looks like the police haven't done the procedure properly in the first place, so they chose to forget all about it altogether.
It's an amazing relief and great to know I'm finally able to carry on with my life without all that worry and anxiety! Thanks to the guys at MAJ an out of character mistake in a one-off instant of idiocy didn't turn out fatal and put an end to my whole life so far! Not the cheapest service, bit totally worth every penny and certainly better than any "legal aid" or low cost representation that would do nothing and just leave you disappointed.
To all of you guys out there - never lose hope and keep looking, in law there are no impossible cases! Watch out for scammers, as there are a lot of "legal" firms that are only after your money and post incorrect stuff and outright on the internet.

Dropped before trial
Many thanks to jack got my case dropped before trial. I was looking at a minimum 3 year ban, but jack put together an argument in relation to a police error with the breath test procedure and they dropped the charges before it went to trial!

Not cheap, but do what they say
Amazing from start to finish, the barrister that attended court had cps running round in circles.. A big thank you to Jack Cooper who handled the day to day running of my case and kept me updated and reassured me. First class service from all concerned
