Victoria our solicitor, and Cameron her Paralegal were brilliant. We bought a house at auction which we had never done before, the conveyancing of which was handled professionally, and then we also sold a property in a Family Trust. I valued Victoria's and Cameron's expertise in this field. I could not have managed without them especially as we had to set up a Trust Bank Account (not easy), and fill in HMRC forms after completion. Their advice was very much appreciated. I highly recommend Carr & Co.

Victoria replied promptly to all my emails prior to completion and once the completion took place the proceeds were in my bank account within the hour. All outstanding bills paid. I have no hesitation in recommending Carr and Co to anyone buying and selling property and will certainly be back when I’m in a position to buy my next home.
