Faye Edemenson

Used Clark Willis for conveyancing of my late sister's house. This was a friendly and very professional experience all through. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I was highly recommended Faye by someone I know who went through a buy and selling of his properties. I am so glad of that recommendation as Faye proved to be diligent, professional, hardworking and made me feel so comfortable in the sale of my own property and onwards to buying into a shared ownership. There is so much involved in the buying of a shared ownership but when we had our 1:1 for the signing of documents, Faye remained patient and calm at all times with a sense of humour. I can understand why the practice will not continue to work with shared ownership but I am so glad Faye worked and helped me through the process. I will highly recommend Faye for any conveyancing and personally to friends and Clark Willis as a preferred solicitors. I wish you well as a practice in Northallerton and in Darlington.

We are incredibly grateful for everything Faye has done for us throughout our buying and selling process. She is exceptionally meticulous, and her attention to detail genuinely protected us. She picked up issues in the contract for the property we were buying that our previous solicitor had completely missed, and her thoroughness gave us confidence that nothing was being overlooked. Our sale was far from straightforward, and the chain we were part of became increasingly complex and unstable. Throughout all of this, Faye remained calm, measured, and consistently reassuring. She took the time to talk us through each development, explain what was happening, and support us right through to completion. Her steady presence made an incredibly stressful situation feel easier to navigate. Faye is not only an outstanding solicitor, but also a genuinely lovely person. Her professionalism, care, and dedication have been invaluable to us. We would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

I have been delighted by the high standard of service I received and the fact that Faye Edemenson, solicitor continued working on every unexpected twist and turn with a smile on her face and a plan to deal with it in a calm and methodical manner, when it sometimes felt insurmountable. On top of this I cannot believe that this service didn’t cost any where near what I expected. I can highly recommend this company from the friendly receptionists to the solicitor herself, I would 100% return to Clark Willis again.
