I am so glad of that recommendation as Faye proved to be diligent, professional, hardworking and made me feel so comfortable in the sale of my own property and onwards to buying into a shared ownership. There is so much involved in the buying of a shared ownership but when we had our 1:1 for the signing of documents, Faye remained patient and calm at all times with a sense of humour. I can understand why the practice will not continue to work with shared ownership but I am so glad Faye worked and helped me through the process.
