The experience was once again excellent.
A quick response to my e mail enquiry, very calm and reassuring response and I felt in capable hands from the start.
I had some specific concerns that were addressed and the feedback plain, simple and easily understood.
To often today dealing with businesses seems very impersonal.
This is certainly not the case with Balfour Manson.
