Simply faultless
Typically, selling/buying a house can be stressful, but not this time.
I simply cannot fault Lucy. She has been incredible from beginning to end. Even when I’ve emailed at 1715, I had reply within 5 minutes - every single time.
When we encountered issues with the other parties, Lucy kept us updated and offered the best solution, which was superb.
I will be buying properties in the future and I will not be using anybody other than Lucy. An absolute credit to WBW.

Excellent service
Its refreshing to find a Legal Assistant who always had the time to explain what was happening and when it would happen and despite a few frustrations with Government Agencies, I always had full confidence in their professional abilities.

Conveyancing of Property
The service received from WBW & Lucy in particular in selling my father’s property was exceptional. I’ve moved a few times in my life with varying degrees of satisfaction with previous solicitors but I have to say that Lucy has exceeded them all along with all my expectations. She has been diligent, tenacious in chasing the lethargic other party’s representatives & has kept us in the loop at all times. Just brilliant & I would not hesitate to recommend Lucy to anyone looking for conveyancing or other legal services.

First time with WBW - Outstanding Service
WBW acted on a property sale & purchase in London. (circa £1.2m/£1.8m respectively).
I had not used them before but were recommended to me by John Byne who I had previously used and whose practise was merged into WBW a few years ago. Despite being new to me and the fact that I have never actually met them face to face (I live in London, WBW are based in Torquay) they very quickly gained my trust and confidence and were absolutely outstanding on all levels. They were professional, courteous, detailed and above all outstanding communicators! I would recommend WBW without hesitation (Lucy Davis was my main contact with Anthony Fripp - Both exceeded my expectations).
