Esra went above and beyond – truly outstanding service!
I had been chasing an update for a few weeks with no luck, and honestly, I was starting to lose hope. When I called and spoke to Esra, I expected the same response I’d been getting – someone saying they’d call me back with an update but never actually doing so.
To my surprise, Esra completely turned things around. She took the time to look into my case, kept me informed every step of the way, and even discovered that my case was actually being handled by another firm! Despite that, Esra didn’t pass me off or refuse to help – she still fulfilled my request and provided me with regular updates, all free of charge.
Her professionalism, kindness, and commitment to helping me meant so much. Esra genuinely went out of her way when she didn’t have to, and that level of service deserves to be recognised.

Great quality
The first time I spoke to esra was on a phone call and she was very pleasant and very helpful she was honest and also kept to her word that when she would get progress that she will call me back and she did through out the entire progress then I went to the office and met esra again very pleasant always smiling which made me feel very comfortable I would recommend her and Stuart miller solicitors all day long as she and the firm are absolutely excellent I am very happy with Esra’s advice and service and wish her all the best in her future she’s splendid
