Family matters
Jan helped with arranging commercial leases, selling property and dealing withe dead of variation. Absolute confidence in all legal activities. Good communication by phone, email and in person.

Excellent service from Jan and her team
I used Stantons for the probate for my Dad’s estate. The work was complex and involved due to the number and type of investments that Dad had. The process was made even more difficult by family issues and disagreements.
As executor I found Jan and her team to be professional and thorough, calmly guiding us through the past turbulent three years that it has taken to achieve probate and finally close the estate.
It felt that at every turn we were thrown another ‘curve-ball’ with challenging legal issues and complex decisions - but the team just kept powering on. Jan always found a solution to the problem, involving other professionals such as specialist accountants and legal experts.
The team were always responsive to my constant and numerous enquiries and concerns.
The process was incredibly stressful on top of losing my dear Dad but Jan and the team made the experience easier with their professional support.
Huge thanks to Jan and her team for their hard work and persistence to see the long difficult process to the end.
Also, I found their fees to be very reasonable considering the huge amount of detailed and complex work that the estate created.
Very highly recommended to anyone who is just starting the probate process.
My heartfelt thanks to Jan and her team for their work - I really do not think that any other firms could have handled this case to the same high standards - in fact three other local firms declined to take this on when we approached them.
