Danielle dealt with the sale of our property and the service has been outstanding from start to finish. We made it clear from the outset that we wanted to get everything concluded as quickly as possible and the speed at which she worked from then on was impressive and appreciated. Danielle was always available to take our calls, or called back within the same day when she was in meetings. Danielle always replied to our emails quickly, which in most cases was within a couple of hours. We can't recommend Danielle highly enough. On the day of completion Danielle was away from the office, but Danielle's Secretary took over and made a brilliant job in ensuring completion went smoothly A great team effort which is appreciated

Brilliant service thankyou!
Danielle Mcnerney handled the purchase of our house. As first time buyers we were overwhelmed and not sure about the whole process. Danielle's communication was second to none, always easy to get hold of and happy to handle any queries, silly as they may have been! She put us at ease and made the purchase as smooth as possible. I honestly couldn't recommend her enough. Our purchase was 2 years ago but I don't think I got around to reviewing her then, we recently had a query about the utility pipework which I couldn't find a hard copy of. 2 years later I emailed Danielle as I knew this was something we had when we went through the purchase. Danielle emailed back within a few days (over a weekend) she once again surpassed any expectations. Thank you once again, we can't recommend her services enough!

Excellent Service
We used Danielle McNerney for the sale and purchase of our house and she was fantastic. She kept us informed every step of the way including the delays (not of our making). Danielle is informative and efficient especially when I needed a bit of hand holding as not sold a property for 20 years and asked many questions. The company as whole seems professional & courteous. Also used Danielle for a Tenancy agreement which was drawn up in 4 days! We will be using you again for other legal services. Not the cheapest, but definitely the best!

Sale of my late sisters flat
As executor for the estate of my late sister, I asked Arnold Greenwood for a solicitor to oversee the sale of her flat for me. Danielle did an excellent job in seeing the sale progress through to successfully reach its conclusion, having kept me updated throughout as to how it was progressing. It was much appreciated.
