Avoid TLT Litigation – Totally Incompetent and Unreliable I cannot stress enough how disappointing my experience was with the litigation team at TLT in both Glasgow and Edinburgh. From the outset, their handling of the case was riddled with delays, lack of communication, and a clear absence of strategic thinking. It felt like they were completely out of their depth, with no urgency or understanding of the consequences their inaction could cause. Basic tasks were missed or mishandled, and there was a constant need to chase them for updates. Deadlines were allowed to pass with no explanation, and I was often left in the dark at key stages of the process. For a firm of their size and supposed reputation, the level of incompetence was shocking. Save yourself the stress and money – steer clear of TLT’s litigation team. There are far more competent and professional legal teams out there who won’t leave you feeling completely let down.
