    Medical Negligence with Nimish Patel

    My experience of commencing a Medical Negligence claim is that they are fraught with jeopardy. An expectation of honesty with fairness from all the professionals one is forced to rely upon when undertaking such a process I found to be naïve. We all have loved ones that may one day be in a similar situation requiring the kind of help McHale and Co. unwaveringly gave to me. Nimish Patel together with his team went out of their way to assist me with a successful outcome where others had tried and failed. Correspondence is always answered quickly, even during weekends and evenings. Nimish Patel tracked reports and authors other solicitors had failed to do with the utmost tenacity and attention to detail to ensure a fair outcome.
