Fantastic experience from start to end. For arranging power of attorney and my will. Mark showed endless patience.
Charlotte was extremely helpful in guiding my wife and I through various options of wills, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney. She was thorough, and explained the options in a way we could understand (not to much jargon). She was compassionate and spent much of her time understanding our requirements and was considerate of our budgetary constraints. She was able to accommodate times to suit us for MS Teams meetings and the speed in which we could turn getting paperwork around. Thankyou so much Charlotte (and colleagues) for helping us.

Charlotte was excellent when we wanted to redo our Wills. She was patient, friendly and very knowledgeable and took her time explaining everything to us and was also very prompt replying to our follow up questions. The process was very easy and friendly and she kept us informed at every stage. We would highly recommend Charlotte.
