I am a Trainee Solicitor with several years of experience working within legal practice, with a particular focus on residential and commercial property matters. I began my legal career in 2020, initially working as a paralegal and gaining experience across personal injury and property law. I subsequently developed a strong interest in conveyancing and property transactions and have since built substantial practical experience assisting clients with a wide range of residential and commercial property matters. I currently work predominantly within property law and regularly assist clients with residential sales and purchases, transfers of equity, leasehold matters, remortgages, gifted deposits and other conveyancing transactions. I also have experience dealing with commercial property matters, including the grant and renewal of commercial leases, reviewing and negotiating lease documentation, licences for alterations and associated landlord and tenant issues. I take pride in providing clients with clear, practical and straightforward advice. Property transactions can often appear complicated or stressful, particularly where clients are unfamiliar with the legal process, and I aim to ensure that clients understand what is happening at each stage of their matter. I believe good communication, attention to detail and a proactive approach are essential to providing a high standard of legal service. My approach is to identify potential issues as early as possible, explain the available options in plain English and work towards achieving a practical solution for the client while protecting their legal interests. Alongside my practical legal experience, I have completed both an LLB and the Legal Practice Course with an LLM. I am currently completing my period of recognised training as a Trainee Solicitor and continue to develop my experience across a broad range of legal matters. I am committed to providing a professional, responsive and client-focused service and to building long-term relationships with clients based on trust, transparency and high-quality legal advice.
