David Winnett was the calm in a very turbulent sea. His advice was pragmatic, logical, designed to deescalate issues and simply move things forward. I felt his approach was tailored to the priorities that were important to me and I think that informed some of his decisions as he advocated for me and my children. I always felt confident in his advice and eventually we got there in the end !

I wanted to thank David Winnett, for great work he did for me during around last 12 months. When I first met David, during networking event, I realised David might be the solicitor able to help me to get more time with my son. Of course at the time I wasn’t in a position to commit to do anything, but as time Mr Winnett fulfilled my expectations to the maximum, having in mind difficult circumstances we had to deal with.
