Simply the Best!
What can I say about Nancy Selvam of MA Lawyers? The title of my review says it all. Nancy was amazing. She got me through an extremely difficult (in all ways) tenanted house sale with a professional home buying company. Throughout it all she was the soul of professionalism; she guided me through the whole, long drawn-out, complicated process with patience, kindness and understanding. She was diligent, proactive, supportive and responded to any queries I had with efficiency and speed. When entering into the sale, I was led to believe by the buyer’s publicity that it would take 7 days to a month. They made it sound so easy. In the end it was dragged out to 5 long, protracted months by the buyer’s solicitor; taking a bad emotional toll on my health with their incessant enquiries and the uncertainty surrounding them. My BP rocketed, the doctor put me on antidepressants, I dreaded checking my email and I had the worst 70th birthday ever. Nancy dealt with it all sensitively, tirelessly and with expertise - how she did, I'll never know. I was truly at the end of my tether. She was amazing. In the end, contracts were exchanged, but the 'torture' didn't end there. Completion didn't occur until the THIRD date! Even then, Nancy never gave up and was encouraging as always, and aided and abetted by her very kind, conscientious and efficient team member, Kal Buckley, despite the buyer’s solicitor (predictably) not paying till the very last second, Kal stayed over to ensure I got the payment, asap the following morning. I would not hesitate to encourage anyone looking for an excellent, trustworthy conveyancing solicitor with integrity to go to MA Lawyers and particularly, Nancy.
