    We cannot thank Kim Sutton and Sarah for getting our first home over the line so quick! After wasting 5 months with a solicitor firm from Leeds because they was “cheaper” we was recommended slade from Green and co and was lucky enough they turned it around in 4 weeks and we are now in our new home, again thank you Kim and Sarah!!

    I instructed Slade Legal a few months ago to help me with the house purchase which we successfully completed back in March. After an initial call in which I explained the specifics of my case I was then assigned to Kim Sutton which did an impeccable job. As this was my first home purchase, I was very new to the process and its intricacies, and I had many questions over the course of this purchase. I have immensely appreciated the patience by Kim demonstrated answering my many enquiries and her thorough explanations made the process much easier to understand. On top of that, every document sent to to me was accompanied by a super detailed report which helped me focus on the sections of these documents that required my attention. Also, a very special thanks to Sarah Garland which also assisted in many aspects of this transaction and was pleasantly impressed with how helpful and quick she has been when replying to any of my enquiries.
