This was part of the free will writing service organized by Age Concern. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. I was able to ask questions and get everything sorted out. Particularly a challenging time for the Staff, as intensive building works ongoing for several months. I was made to feel fairly well at ease. No judgement regarding my requests. I was seen on time. Professional treatment. I gave two stars for overall impressions. This is because of the building works, so when one walks into the office building, one side of the entrance is a building site. Workmen moving about plaster boards. Plastic everywhere. Also outside the building it is foreboding - a notice says that people will be seen by appointment only. Also it does not help that Slough as a town is partly an unfinished building site, and also it is in terminal decay in terms of the shopping town centre with many abandoned sites that one has to walk through either from a car park or from the railway station
