Mark qualified as a solicitor in 2004, joined McNeil and Co in September 2016 and became a Director of the Firm in February 2020. In October 2020 he purchased the business and is now the Principal. He is a Higher Court Advocate and as such he can represent clients from the police station through to the Supreme Court. He has a wealth of experience in regard to all criminal offences and an enviable reputation as a passionate and persuasive advocate. His record for helping drivers retain their licences is second to none. Prior to joining McNeil and Co, Mark previously worked with a variety of firms within the local area. Mark was a key member of the save Lincoln Prison campaign and was invited to Westminster to address government ministers against its closure. When not at work Mark spends his time with his three young children. Before studying law he graduated with a Biomedical Science Degree.

    They are a really good solicitor. I have always used them as a kid since the age of 13 and I have used other solicitors but was useless so that's why I have always used McNeil & Co.
