    I was recommended Ubique Legal by a friend who recently used their services of the same nature, serving a Section 21. I was nervous about starting this process as I was fearful on how stressful this process could get. When I first made the call I spoke to Ella, who was extremely friendly and put my anxiety to rest right away! I asked if I could speak to Mike who my friend recommended and she ensured that he would be the person to act for me. She told me she would make sure that he gave me a call, and he did. Mike was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable and left no stone unturned! My experience with Mike was that I always felt that he was thinking about my best interests and would call me throughout the process rather than sending me emails. He was always contactable by phone which was really important to me and I felt I was getting a personable service by someone who genuinely cared about my situation. Fortunately, my situation resolved itself, meaning that I did not have to serve notice in the end, however due to Mike's vigilance - the many negligence's of my letting agent it was highlighted and I learned an awful lot! I would highly recommend this firm to any landlords. Much better than any large corporate machine who wouldn't give that human touch. Not to mention Mike' sense of humour which helped a long the way :) A big thank you to you all!
