Excellent Service
We used these solicitors for damp & mold matters and we not only developed a great relationship with them but we had a great experience too. Nadiya Valli who was managing my case really kept the flow of communication because the process took a while due to the lack of response from the other side. I really appreciate Envision Solicitors who was very efficient in putting in the work and getting it done. They were really easy to contact whenever necessary and always made things clear whether through written correspondence or via telephone communications. The team were a really lovely and helpful bunch of people, very organised and proficient in there approach to deadlines and we received a welcome outcome because of their dedication and support during the case, and honestly I would highly recommend these Solicitors whose attributes reveal their quality, reliability, responsiveness & their talent for providing legal services. I am sad to end this relationship that we developed for 2 years.

Colluding and egregious
It was not until I made a complaint about their abysmal service (Ismail Limbada and Umamah Kotwal) to Legal Ombudsman that I received an apology from them; when I first raised my concerns to them, they did not want to know. Ms Kotwal (one of Envision Solicitors’ employees, who has no medical training whatsoever) announced to me that I had made up my illness myself, despite the fact I had a medial professional’s report (and a long period of illness that followed). By the way, the staff do not speak English too well.
