We got assigned to work with PMPL through a third party company. Initially we were a bit nervous reading the reviews. But Team O’Shea were absolutely amazing! Our seller took 2 months to send the contract draft and was a pain to deal with but the team still helped us complete 2 months after the contract draft was received! We are honestly impressed with the service, thank you to the team!!

Purchase and Sale
Once we got used to doing everything on the internet ( that could be an age thing) everything went smoothly. Any questions were answered politely and fully explained nothing too much trouble Would recommend to others.

Slow but got there in the end
If you’re ok with a mediocre, slow unfriendly service then this is the place for you. But it is cheaper than other options.

Fair, excellent price solicitor
The people we worked with first and foremost were lovely and very patient in the early stages when our initial offer fell through.
Towards the end we found it difficult to get hold of them at times and letters and emails took a while to respond to which caused some delays, and when asking for advice/ guidance we were given the run around, no one seemed able to answer except one person who was difficult to get hold. The app was fairly pointless, it gave us a percentage but didn't say what actually needed doing next etc and it was several days behind, would have been nice to either get the details in the app or to have received a quick email to let us know how things were going and what was next. We couldn't really work out what was talking the time especially as the case was very straightforward. But they got the job done and delays weren't awful or detrimental, presumably they're just very busy. overall though for the price the service was good and would recommend/ use again
