Abysmal
Basic mortgage took over 6 months to complete, due to countless items and checks missed until further down the line. One being a deed of variation costing £750!. Archaic practices insisting most documents were printed, completed, posted back, poor or no communication, no addressing of our complaints or unhappiness in email at all. No apology for any delays. Landed onto a default mortgage as our existing one then expired costing us £300 more ontop of what we were paying a month, which then turned into several months of paying that. This caused huge amounts of stress and worry. Case handed to a senior member in the lawyer team, no explanation given though clearly the last person could not deal with it proficiently. Quoted £452, billed for £1440 an absolutely shambles from start to finish and an absolute laughable amount to be quoted for such a poor service. Would not recommend whatsoever, cannot even select the lawyer responsible for most of the mishaps which speaks volumes, steer well clear

Poor service
They tried to make me purchase unnecessary indemnities, but luckily I work in this industry and pushed back and saved over £300 in additional cost they said I had to pay to proceed. I have been waiting for funds to be transferred for nearly 2 weeks and have chased and received no response.

Excellent
Amy has been excellent throughout the process and has helped to progress a difficult case due to problems with the other parties solicitors. Communication has been excellent with concise and clear and queries have always been answered promptly

Long Process but Happy!
First time buyers here. We did not ever think from the time we put our offer in, it would take 8 months and the 3rd completion date offered to finally get moved in… but Amy and her Team worked hard and helped us along our way. Some slight communication issues at the start with the sellers solicitors/estate agents, but we felt supported and were happy with the service provided. Amy and her team were always friendly and understanding. Thank you all.

Buying and selling
Started well but then sadly went down hill,
went weeks without no communication and
when I tried to contact the office was put
straight on hold for 10/15 mins. Process
was way too slow and had to chase things
myself. Took almost 6 months to complete
and when it was completed I didn't receive any monies for 5 days and thought this was
unacceptable as in my opinion it should
have been paid on completion date. I could
have so easily lost my buyer through the
delays and no communication

Transfer on equity
I found them to be very helpful and dealt with my case as quickly as they could , I would definitely recommend PM solicitors.

Brilliant
The whole experience was easy. Cant fault them. Annie and Amy were both brilliant!
