Useless
Don’t reply or action requests.
Even when you complain they don’t call back when promised! Would never use again!

Polite, but slow
Lovely people to deal with, but don’t seem to be able to turn around things very fast - which may be down to them being overwhelmed with too many jobs. My new lender deposited funds with the solicitor a week before completion which meant I had to pay high interest on double borrowing. The lead solicitor covering my case went on holiday, which I understand, but whoever was left to cover it should have been more proactive. Ultimately the extra interest cost was about £250 to me.

Avoid!
I have had the worst experience with these solicitors over the last few weeks. Used the firm for a simple remortgage of my house - needed a timely service due to falling into a SVR and also being in the process of selling my home. Clearly explained this to the firm who are the start were all promises of getting this completed as soon as possible. Completion date given for 14th March however on this date received a phone call stating one of the signatures on the forms ‘didn’t match’ so had to redo the form. Did so and sent back the next day and it was confirmed this would then complete on the 18th. No contact from the firm on this date so when I chased the next day, another form was not correct therefore had to wait for this to be chased with the bank and a new mortgage offer to be issued. No communication from the firm and when I called every day was simply told that they could not give me a date or any timescales. This went on for another fortnight until given another completion date of 28th. Sent funds at 9am and still had to call 3 times to chase this during the day until it was finally sorted at 4pm right before a bank holiday weekend. This firm caused delays in my house sale progress as well as incurring massive costs on a SVR. I would recommend anyone to avoid this firm at all costs!

Good price, but you get what you pay for.
Assent of 2 properties due to bereavement. Seemed simple enough to me. Any time I rang, the phone line was a bit 'flakey'. Seemed to be some sort of delay. Initially you spoke to someone who was not legally trained who had to keep referring to someone else if you asked too complx a question. Emails took a few days to be responded to.
There is an app whereby you can follow your case and get updates. Not really that useful as you cannot see anything to do with the case, just how far along the case is in general.

A good company.
I have been dealing with PM Propery for two and a half years , after first approaching them to transfer equity to myself after a relationship breakup my ex partner has delayed the process so long by dragging his heels with regards to getting forms signed it has caused my untold anxiety. However PMP have been fantastic ( and patient) right the way through the process keeping me informed right the way through. Amy has been such a pleasant person to deal with and I can't thank her enough for seeing it through to the end.
