Holly grew up in Southampton but completed her International Baccalaureate in Switzerland. Whilst at school, she represented Switzerland at the World Schools Debating Championship in Stuttgart, Germany. She then moved to Bath to study Sociology at Bath Spa University and volunteered at Citizens Advice as an Administrative Assistant. After university, Holly moved back to Switzerland for a year and made the most of the beautiful lakes and mountains before returning to Southampton. Since joining DC, Holly has begun studying Law with the Open University. Outside of work, Holly enjoys baking and going for long walks in the countryside. She also enjoys travelling to new countries and experiencing new food and cultures.

    Redunancy 2026

    Was stressing out trying to deal woth a redunancy consultation process by myself. I gave DC Employment a call and was very quickly and efficiently added to client list. Gemma and team were very helpful throughout. Gemma gave solid, helpful and clear advice and helped make the stressful situation much more manageable. Very much would recommend to any employee looking for legal advice and representation during a redunancy. They also gave a clear breakdown of estimated Final costs before I signed up, and an itemised list of billable hours at the end.

    Excellent service and highly recommended.....worth every penny 👍

    Very helpful advice from Gemma surrounding quite a complex employment dispute. In just 3 hours she was able to review my case and provide an in-person meeting. I felt she really took the time to answer anything I had to ask professionally and was very approachable. She was completely impartial and honest about prospects and what to do next. She even included some very helpful information post-payment. I must add that I honestly felt everyone here was trying their absolute best to provide what they could within the time I was able to afford Also must mention Holly and lucy who were also beyond helpful in assisting me from start to end. An excellent experience all round!

    Pleasure to deal with

    Everyone I've had contact with while dealing with my issue were great. Everything was dealt with quickly. They were friendly, extremely quick to respond to any queries I had and made what was a stressful time for me a lot easier. Would 100% recommend.
